At Greenpacha Hats for A Better World we strive to enhance our service and product at all times to achieve a long lasting relationship with our customers worldwide.

All Greenpacha panama hats are made by hand, so please remember that you are buying artisanal hats that will be very similar to the ones shown in our photographs. We are confident that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase, but if for any reason it does not fit, it was damaged in shipping or you are just not happy, please review our return policies.

Refunds:

If your order does not meet your satisfaction orders can be returned for a full refund*. Returns must be made within 14 days from the delivery date. All orders must be in the original condition.

a. notice of your intention to refund the order

b. your order number

c. details of your claim

*Refund = We will refund the value of hat(s) and original shipping cost.

Exchanges:

If a customer has ordered an incorrect size please return the item to us, enclosing details of the replacement size with also notifying our office before shipping back the order. The customer must cover the cost of shipping back to the company. Shipping back out the company will assume the cost of shipping.

If the hat was damaged in the shipping process and that is why the exchange is occurring the company will reimburse the customers shipping cost to exchange the hat.
