We accept returns within 14 business days after the purchase.

The Greenpacha Panama hat must be in perfect condition and returned in the same box we shipped it to you.

If you wish to return or exchange your hat, please send us an email explaining the reason or indicating which hat you would like to exchange it for, and we will be happy to assist you.

The shipping cost of the return or the exchange is up to you. In the case of the exchanged hat, we will pay for the shipping cost of the new one.
