Greenpacha Return and Exchange Policy

At Greenpacha, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your product, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Return and Exchange Eligibility

  • Return Window: Products purchased through our website can be returned or exchanged within 5 calendar days from the delivery date.
  • Condition of Items: All returned or exchanged items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition, including all tags and packaging. Items must be returned in the original box or a protective shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
  • Non-Returnable/Exchangeable Items: Personalized, bespoke products, certain sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.

International Orders

  • Customs and Duties: Please note that customs duties, tariffs, and taxes are not included in the shipping rates or product prices. International customers may incur additional fees based on their local regulations, for which Greenpacha is not responsible.



How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@greenpacha.com with your order number and reason for the return or exchange.
  2. Submit Request: Our team will review your request within 3 business days and notify you via email once it has been approved.

Upon approval, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us.


Shipping and Fees

  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to returns and exchanges. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking and insurance, as Greenpacha is not liable for any loss or damage that occurs during the return shipping process.
  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different model or size, you can do so, but all shipping costs for the exchange are the responsibility of the customer.



Refund Process

  • Refunds: We only issue refunds for products that are damaged or have manufacturing defects. Once we receive and inspect a damaged or defective item, you will receive an email notification regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
  • Exchanges (for non-defective items): We do not offer refunds for changes of mind. If you decide you don't want your purchase for reasons other than a defect, you may exchange it for another model or size within the return window.
  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 10 days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank's processing times.
  • Non-Refundable Charges: Please note that shipping costs, international duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

  • Ensure that all products are returned or exchanged in unused and unworn condition with the original packaging intact.
