• The Greenpacha Panama hat must be in perfect condition and returned in the same box we shipped it to you.
• The shipping cost of the return or the exchange is up to you. 
• A restocking fee of 3% will be deducted from the refund.
• All returns will incur a return shipping fee of $10.
